2025 Leaders Changing the System Youth and Adult Summit Theme and Description
Theme: Reignite Purpose. Restore Joy. Reimagine Child Welfare.
Minnesota’s child welfare workforce has carried the weight of the system—and the hearts of our youth—for far too long without enough fuel to keep going strong.
At LCS summit, we will:
Uplift real stories from youth, families, and front-line workers
Provide tools for well-being, leadership, and retention
Reimagine systems with a focus on healing, equity, and innovation
Create space for connection, creativity, and courageous conversations
Whether you're a direct service worker or agency leader, this is your space to reclaim your fire, restore your vision, and lead change that lasts. Let’s change the system—together.
